What We Believe

WHAT WE BELIEVE.

This week will be all about giving more insight into this project, and this post will establish the spiritual beliefs behind The Miracle Project. I will be directing followers back to this often, because this is the foundation of every miracle story that will be shared.

+ There is only One true God. Deuteronomy 4:35

+ We were all created by Him, and we’re
uniquely designed for a unique purpose. Genesis 1:31

+ We are all broken and were born into sin, and as long as we are on earth we will never escape it. Romans 5:17

+ We all have hope in Jesus. Jesus is God in the flesh, God’s only true Son. 1 Timothy 1:15-16

+ Jesus lived the perfect life on earth and was completely without sin. He humbly conquered death for us — He was crucified, dead, and buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and sits at the Right hand of our Father and intercedes on our behalf. 1 Corinthians 1:18

+ Upon Jesus’ last breath, the Holy Spirit was breathed out into every believer that believes in their heart and professes with their lips that Jesus Christ is their One true Savior. Matthew 27:50; Romans 10:9-14

+ There is no death for the Believer. Romans 6:23

+ The Bible is God’s word that is for us — while it is a historical record, it is also for right now. Hebrews 4:12

+ Every word of the Bible is true. 2 Peter 1:21

+ Amazing miracles happened in the historical account of the Bible, and amazing miracles are still happening today. Mark 10:27

+ Miracles can be external (like those of the Bible), but can now also be internal (because of the Holy Spirit within us). Matthew 17:20

+ If you have never before given your life to Christ, or if you have strayed, He is waiting for you with open arms. God loves you, God wants you, God will wait for you. Nothing you’ve done or do can separate you from His love. When your heart is ready, your Creator and Savior is ready to give you Eternal life with Him! Romans 6:23

+ God doesn’t need me, or this project, to advance His Kingdom. He has that under control. I’m just so overcome by His goodness, I can’t help but share! He must increase, and I must decrease. John 3:30
